- Over 1 million acres; 175 mountains, 762 lakes, and critical grizzly bear corridors
- Glacier is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve; UAS noise disrupts grizzly and wolf behavior in wilderness zones
- Glacier Park International (FCA) Class D airspace is ~30 NM south of the park center; park interior is Class E/G

### Key Rules
- NPS Special Use Permit required for any commercial or research flight
- Launching from adjacent Flathead National Forest land and flying into park is a federal violation
- Law enforcement rangers patrol the Going-to-the-Sun Road corridor by air and ground
