* **Broader Controlled Airspace:** This outer polygon zone covers the downtown Toronto waterfront and extends from the ground (GND) up to 2500 feet AMSL.
* **Certified Airport Zone:** Strict drone restrictions apply within a 5.6 km (3 NM) radius of the main land runways. 
* **Water Aerodrome (CPZ9):** An overlapping registered, uncontrolled water aerodrome zone exists in the surrounding harbor waters for floatplane operations.

Cox Airfield is a small airstrip in Apex, NC that has active plane flights at low altitudes. Due to this being an untowered airport you can fly as close as you want, as long as you give right away to manned aircraft and do not endanger them.

Petaluma Marsh Wildlife Area is a California Department of Fish & Wildlife property designated for the preservation of wildlife.  Drone operations are prohibited on all California Department of Fish and Wildlife properties without a special use permit issued by the Department. California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) shall not issue Special Use Permits for activities or uses that conflict with the current uses, management or purposes of a department land, would have a significant environmental effect, or would constitute an unlawful use of state resources under Government Code Section 8314. State and federal agencies with proposed projects need to coordinate with the CDFW UAS Coordinator and area managers for project review and approval. 

Be warned that military aircraft frequently will fly this path back and forth. They are not well audible and can often only be heard when they are very close.

No flying is allowed due to the presence of a helicopter landing site. Do not fly here. rc ground vehicles are permitted. Flying here could result in fines, and possible injury or death. Helicopters use this are for organ or person delivery.

This is a golf course, you should ask permission before flying here.

As this isn't a public park, flights are done on a case by case basis.
As such, I would reccommend not to use this area for routine flights, as permission takes at least 4 days in my experience.
You can shoot some great shots here however, and it is worth flying at if you are more experienced

## General cemetery regulations for visitors

- Filming or photography in cemeteries will only be permitted upon prior application to the Authorised Officer.

Drone take-off and landing in North York Moors National Park requires landowner permission. The National Park Authority owns less than 1% of the park and does not grant permission to amateur drone operators to fly from its land, including Authority-managed car parks and National Park Centres. Most of the park is privately owned, so pilots must obtain permission from the relevant landowner. Professional drone operations from Authority-owned land may be considered only in limited cases with proof of CAA registration, appropriate insurance, recognised production-company involvement, and at least 21 days’ notice. The Sutton Bank National Park Centre and Kilburn White Horse area is specifically identified as unsuitable and illegal for unauthorised drone operation because of nearby airfield restriction issues.
