Drone operations are not permitted on airport property and should avoid interfering with aircraft operations at Chisasibi Airport and its approach/departure paths.

Chisasibi Airport (CSU2 / YKU) is a public aerodrome located in northern Québec, serving the community of Chisasibi. It features a gravel runway and supports regular regional aviation traffic, including passenger and cargo flights.

Under Transport Canada regulations, drone pilots must not operate in a manner that could interfere with aircraft operating at or near an aerodrome. This includes avoiding takeoff, landing, or flight within the operational environment of the airport, particularly near runway 14/32 and its approach and departure corridors.

Due to the proximity of active aircraft operations, drone activity in the airport area presents a potential risk to aviation safety and is therefore considered prohibited or highly restricted within the aerodrome environment unless proper authorization is obtained.
