Public Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $20 million.  A comprehensive flight risk assessment/JSA and a detailed flight map showing take-off, landing, and flight paths.  Exclusion Zones & Spotters: You must provide a pedestrian control plan and utilize dedicated spotters to enforce a 30-meter exclusion zone from the public, vehicles, buildings, and trees.  Compliance Fees: You will likely be required to pay for Garden Ranger/Security resources to monitor the operation while you are on-site.⚠️ General CASA Safety Rules Even if you secure a commercial permit from the Trust, you must strictly follow Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations: Only fly during the day and keep the drone within your visual line of sight.
