Suttree Landing Park is an 8-acre linear green space situated on the Tennessee River in the area of South Knoxville. The site has been purposely designed to honor its past as a historically industrial site with a modern ecological design in mind. Taking inspiration from the book, Suttree, authored by Cormac McCarthy, the park boasts of beautiful paved walkways, festival lawns, accessible play areas, and a boat launch point for kayak and paddleboard enthusiasts. The strategic positioning of the park provides stunning views of downtown Knoxville from the opposite side of the river.
