The official New York State Parks page for Buffalo Harbor State Park states: “No drones are allowed in the park.” This should be treated as a ground/launch-site restriction covering Buffalo Harbor State Park property. NYS Parks' statewide UAS policy also regulates UAS launched from OPRHP-controlled property. Pilots must separately verify FAA airspace requirements for flight in the surrounding area.
