Drone operations are strictly prohibited at Natchez National Historical Park under NPS regulations. No recreational or commercial flights are permitted without an explicit Special Use Permit. Protecting three of Natchez's most significant antebellum plantation sites — including Melrose estate — the park enforces NHPA N
