Skidaway Island State Park is managed by Georgia State Parks and follows statewide regulations governing unmanned aircraft operations on state-owned park property.

This restriction applies throughout the park, including maritime forest areas, salt marsh overlooks, nature trails, campground facilities, observation platforms, and other visitor recreation spaces located within the mapped park boundary.
