Seminole State Park is located on the Georgia side of Lake Seminole near the Florida state line and is managed by Georgia State Parks.

Georgia State Parks regulations prohibit launching, landing, or operating drones from within Seminole State Park unless authorization has been granted through an approved permit or waiver process.

The restriction applies throughout the mapped park boundary, including campground loops, picnic shelters, fishing areas, boat launch facilities, shoreline recreation zones, and other visitor-use areas adjacent to Lake Seminole.

Because Seminole State Park serves as a popular destination for boating, fishing, and lake recreation near the confluence of the Chattahoochee and Flint River systems, pilots should obtain authorization from Georgia State Parks before conducting drone operations within the park.
