Mistletoe State Park is managed by Georgia State Parks and follows statewide regulations governing unmanned aircraft operations on park property.

Launching, landing, or operating a drone within Mistletoe State Park is prohibited unless authorization has been granted through an approved waiver or permit process.

This restriction applies throughout the park, including shoreline recreation areas, boat access facilities, campgrounds, fishing areas, hiking trails, and other visitor-use locations within the mapped park boundary.

Pilots wishing to conduct drone operations at Mistletoe State Park should obtain authorization from Georgia State Parks before flight.
