All drone operations at Tomo-Kahni State Historic Park are not allowed without prior permission from the managing authority, as it falls under the jurisdiction of the Great Basin District and is designated as a historic park. This is in effect at all times.

Additionally, there are frequent unsafe wind speeds that further complicate these activities.
