7060 Long Canyon Road is a private ranch property with a private runway used for RC and aviation-related activities. This is strictly not a public flying site, and no flying is allowed unless you have direct permission from the property owner.
Access is by invitation only, and pilots must coordinate ahead of time before operating any aircraft on the property. Unauthorized flying or trespassing is not permitted under any circumstances.
Even on private property, FAA safety rules still apply, including Remote ID requirements where applicable and proper recreational or pilot certification. All operations must be conducted responsibly with full awareness of surrounding airspace and safety conditions.
