+ * Operating a drone from the ground here without explicit prior consent from the management team constitutes trespassing on private utility and conservation land.

+ ## Strategic Priority & Infrastructure
+ * Hanningfield Reservoir is a Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) asset supplying water to a vast region of Essex.
+ * The eastern sections of the site and surrounding woodland are designated as a highly sensitive Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). 
+ * Due to the intersection of industrial water infrastructure and sensitive breeding habitats for rare wildfowl, unauthorized activities on the ground are heavily monitored by site wardens and rangers.

+ ## Operational Security Protocols
+ * Active land patrols are conducted regularly across the visitor paths, car parks, and nature reserve perimeters.
+ * Any unauthorized drone operators identified operating from the ground will be instructed to land immediately and requested to leave the site.
+ * Persistent or unsafe operations near public visitor centers or protected bird hides may be escalated to local law enforcement.

+ ## Permissions & Exceptions
+ * Ground permissions are entirely denied for all recreational and hobbyist users.
