Key Requirements & Restrictions

• Restrictions: Operations within the 2.5 km safety zone around the Helipuerto Valdemorillo are prohibited from 0m AGL without an 'Acuerdo de Coordinación Operativa' as per Real Decreto 517/2024. Significantly, this helipad is located within the Controlled Airspace (CTR) of Madrid-Barajas (LEMD), necessitating specific air traffic control authorization from ENAIRE for any drone activity within this controlled airspace, in addition to the required helipad coordination.
