**No-Fly Zone (Unauthorized):** Overflying the Botnang Police Station is prohibited for security and data protection reasons. Entry into this airspace is permitted only with official authorization. Violations will be prosecuted.
The operation of drones directly over, as well as within a lateral distance of 100 meters surrounding, the Botnang Police Station is legally prohibited, as this constitutes a protected police facility—and thus a facility of a security authority. Entry into this geographical area is strictly forbidden on grounds of public safety and data protection, unless explicit authorization has been granted by the competent authority or the facility operator. Flights conducted without such explicit permission constitute a serious violation subject to criminal or administrative prosecution, and will result in the immediate seizure of the aircraft.
