Drone operations are prohibited on airport property and within the active operational area of Saint-Honoré Airport due to intensive aircraft activity, flight training operations, and controlled airspace.

Saint-Honoré Airport (CYRC) is a public airport operated by the Government of Québec and served by an active NAV CANADA control tower. The airport contains three active runways and supports a high volume of aircraft movements, including flight training, air ambulance, general aviation, and commercial aviation activities.

Transport Canada requires drone pilots to avoid operating in a manner that could interfere with aircraft operating at or near an airport or aerodrome. Due to frequent aircraft traffic, controlled airspace, and multiple runway approach and departure corridors, drone operations within the airport environment may create significant aviation safety hazards.

This restriction applies to airport property, runways, taxiways, apron areas, training flight zones immediately surrounding the airport, and aircraft approach and departure paths.
