Drone operations are prohibited on airport property and within the active operational area of Forestville Airport due to aircraft movements and aviation safety requirements.

Forestville Airport (CYFE) is a public municipal airport serving the Côte-Nord region of Québec. The airport operates an active asphalt runway (09/27) and supports general aviation, business aviation, emergency services, and regional air operations.

Transport Canada requires drone pilots to avoid operating in a manner that could interfere with aircraft operating at or near an airport or aerodrome. Drone takeoffs, landings, or flights within the airport operational area may create hazards for arriving and departing aircraft.

This restriction applies to the runway, airport facilities, apron areas, and the immediate approach and departure corridors surrounding the airport. Pilots should obtain any required authorization before conducting operations near the airport environment.
