Aupaluk Airport (CYLA / YPJ) is a certified public aerodrome located in Nunavik, Québec, operated by the Administration régionale Kativik.

According to Transport Canada regulations and NAV CANADA aerodrome geozone rules, drone operations are restricted in the vicinity of certified airports. Basic drone operations are not permitted within the airport geozone (typically 3 NM / 5.6 km radius) unless specific authorization is obtained. Advanced operations may be possible only under approved procedures coordinated with the appropriate aviation authorities.

Pilots must ensure they do not operate in a way that could interfere with aircraft arriving or departing from the airport. This includes takeoff, landing, and flight within approach paths.
