Drone takeoff and landing operations are permitted at Parque da Represa Municipal in São José do Rio Preto, in compliance with ANAC, ANATEL, and DECEA ICA 100-40 regulations, supported by its large reservoir, extensive linear walking track, and wide open waterfront landscape.

Parque da Represa Municipal is the most important urban park in São José do Rio Preto, built around the city’s main reservoir. It features a large water body, approximately 2.7 km of continuous walking and cycling track, open grassy areas, sports equipment zones, kiosks, and natural habitat zones with local fauna.

In accordance with ANAC remotely piloted aircraft system regulations and DECEA ICA 100-40 airspace rules, the park’s extensive open water surface and continuous perimeter allow structured drone operations. The environment supports aerial landscape documentation, urban water system mapping, and environmental imaging.
