Drone Rules for Saco da Fazenda
Drone takeoff and landing operations are permitted at Área de Proteção Ambiental do Saco da Fazenda in Itajaí, in compliance with ANAC, ANATEL, and DECEA ICA 100-40 regulations, supported by its waterfront environment, estuarine ecosystem, and open environmental observation areas.
Área de Proteção Ambiental do Saco da Fazenda is one of Itajaí’s most important coastal conservation areas, preserving estuarine habitats, water resources, and native vegetation associated with the lower Itajaí-Açu River system.
In accordance with ANAC remotely piloted aircraft system regulations and DECEA ICA 100-40 airspace rules, the area’s waterfront geometry and environmental corridors support structured drone operations. The environment enables hydrological mapping, environmental documentation, and coastal landscape visualization.
