Parque Natural Municipal do Atalaia is one of the most important environmental attractions in Itajaí, preserving approximately 19 hectares of Atlantic Forest habitat with hundreds of plant species and a rich diversity of wildlife. The park features ecological trails, panoramic viewpoints, environmental education facilities, and scenic overlooks facing the coastline and the mouth of the Itajaí-Açu River.
In accordance with ANAC remotely piloted aircraft system regulations and DECEA ICA 100-40 airspace rules, the park’s elevated terrain, natural clearings, and observation zones support structured drone operations. The environment enables biodiversity documentation, topographic imaging, environmental monitoring, and panoramic landscape visualization within Brazilian civil aviation standards.
