Drone takeoff and landing operations are permitted at Parque Natural Municipal São Francisco de Assis in Blumenau, in compliance with ANAC, ANATEL, and DECEA ICA 100-40 regulations, supported by its preserved Atlantic Forest ecosystem, ecological trails, and environmental observation areas.

Parque Natural Municipal São Francisco de Assis is a protected conservation unit located near the city center. Established in 1995, the park preserves approximately 23 hectares of Atlantic Forest and contains natural springs, forest trails, environmental education facilities, and significant biodiversity.

In accordance with ANAC remotely piloted aircraft regulations and DECEA ICA 100-40 rules, the park’s ecological clearings, forest corridors, and natural observation points support structured drone operations. The environment enables biodiversity documentation, environmental monitoring, and landscape imaging within Brazilian civil aviation standards.
