Critical No-Fly Zone covering São Gabriel Airport (SSSG). All unauthorized drone flights are strictly prohibited within this airspace to eliminate collision risks with regional executive aircraft, government transport, and active agricultural aviation. Only exceptional operations with explicit DECEA clearance.

São Gabriel Airport (SSSG) is a regional airfield located in the Campanha region of Rio Grande do Sul. It serves as an essential logistical point for local authorities, private corporate flights, and emergency aeromedical evacuations. Additionally, due to São Gabriel's prominent role in large-scale agriculture and livestock farming, the surrounding airspace sees continuous low-altitude movements from agricultural spraying aircraft.

Because arriving and departing aircraft navigate visual approaches at low altitudes directly over the surrounding farmlands and municipal transit corridors, any uncoordinated drone activity creates an immediate threat to flight safety. Spontaneous or recreational drone flights within the airfield perimeter or its active traffic patterns are completely banned under federal law (Brazilian Penal Code, Art. 261).

Regulatory Authorities: DECEA, ANAC, and the Municipal Administration of São Gabriel.

Primary Framework: ICA 100-40 (DECEA) and Article 261 of the Brazilian Penal Code.

Flight Planning Portal: Operational safety grids and airspace restrictions are managed via SARPAS NG and Aisweb.
