Drone Rules for Parque dos macaquinhos
Drone takeoff and landing operations are permitted at Parque Municipal Getúlio Vargas (Parque dos Macaquinhos) in Maringá, in compliance with ANAC, ANATEL, and DECEA ICA 100-40 regulations, supported by its preserved urban woodland, open recreational clearings, and well-established pedestrian circulation network.
Parque Municipal Getúlio Vargas, popularly known as Parque dos Macaquinhos, is one of Maringá’s traditional urban green spaces. The park is characterized by mature tree cover, landscaped gardens, walking paths, playgrounds, leisure areas, and natural vegetation integrated into the city's extensive environmental network.
The park's combination of shaded forest sections and open recreational spaces creates diverse visual perspectives that are well suited for environmental documentation and urban landscape observation.
In accordance with ANAC remotely piloted aircraft system regulations and DECEA ICA 100-40 airspace rules, the park’s open clearings and accessible green corridors support structured drone operations. The environment enables aerial environmental imaging, urban forest documentation, recreational area mapping, and landscape visualization within Brazilian civil aviation standards.
