Drone takeoff and landing operations are permitted at Parque Ipanema in Ipatinga, supported by its extensive open recreational areas and integrated urban landscape under ANAC, ANATEL, and DECEA regulations.

Parque Ipanema is the largest urban park in Ipatinga and one of the most important green spaces in the Vale do Aço region. It features large open lawns, an artificial lake, cycling tracks, sports facilities, and landscaped recreational zones designed for public use.

In accordance with ANAC remotely piloted aircraft system regulations and DECEA ICA 100-40 airspace management rules, the park’s wide open configuration supports drone operations. Its spatial design allows for aerial imaging, urban mapping, and environmental documentation within structured Brazilian civil aviation regulatory conditions.
