Drone Rules for Lagoa da Anta
Drone takeoff and landing operations are permitted in the open water-adjacent and vegetated zones locally referred to as Lagoa da Anta in the Itapetinga/Mestre Álvaro region of Serra, in compliance with ANAC, ANATEL, and DECEA ICA 100-40 regulations.
The area locally known as Lagoa da Anta is associated with lowland drainage and water accumulation zones within the Itapetinga and Mestre Álvaro region of Serra, Espírito Santo. It is part of a broader mosaic of urban wetlands, vegetated buffers, and seasonal water retention areas typical of the municipality’s coastal geomorphology.
In accordance with ANAC remotely piloted aircraft regulations and DECEA ICA 100-40 airspace management rules, drone operations are permitted in open and non-restricted segments of these environmental features. The area supports aerial imaging, hydrological mapping, and urban-environmental documentation within structured Brazilian civil aviation conditions.
