Critical No-Fly Zone covering Confins International Airport (SBCF) and its major transit corridors (including the Rodoviário sector). All unauthorized drone flights are strictly prohibited within this airspace to eliminate collision risks with heavy domestic and international commercial jets. Only exceptional operation

Belo Horizonte International Airport (SBCF), managed by BH Airport, is one of Brazil's largest and busiest aviation hubs, handling heavy commercial passenger jets, international cargo flights, and frequent executive traffic. The airport's active terminal areas and approach paths extend directly over Confins, Pedro Leopoldo, and vital connecting infrastructure like the local highway corridors (Rodoviário sectors).

Because large commercial aircraft operate at low altitudes and high speeds throughout these surrounding zones during their landing and departure phases, uncoordinated drone activity creates an extreme risk of catastrophic mid-air collisions. Spontaneous or recreational drone flights within the airfield perimeter, its active traffic circuits, or surrounding transport corridors are completely banned under federal law (Brazilian Penal Code, Art. 261).

Regulatory Authorities: DECEA, ANAC, and BH Airport.

Primary Framework: ICA 100-40 (DECEA) and Article 261 of the Brazilian Penal Code.

Flight Planning Portal: High-security airspace grids, mandatory geofencing zones, and flight authorizations are managed via SARPAS NG and Aisweb.
