Drone Rules for Parque Natural Municipal da Izidora
Drone takeoff and landing operations are permitted in the open and natural landscape zones associated with the Mata da Izidora area in Belo Horizonte, in compliance with ANAC, ANATEL, and DECEA ICA 100-40 regulations governing civil drone operations in Brazil.
The Mata da Izidora is a large ecological and landscape preservation area located in the northern portion of Belo Horizonte, in the Granja Werneck region, near the municipal boundary with Santa Luzia. The area is characterized by extensive native vegetation, water springs, stream networks, and transitional rural-urban land use, forming one of the most significant green corridors in the metropolitan region.
In accordance with ANAC remotely piloted aircraft system regulations and DECEA ICA 100-40 airspace management rules, drone operations are permitted in open and non-restricted natural segments of the area, particularly where terrain allows safe takeoff and landing. The site supports aerial environmental documentation, hydrological mapping, and landscape imaging within Brazilian civil aviation regulatory standards.
