Drone takeoff and landing operations are permitted within designated areas of the Reserva Natural Vale in Linhares, in compliance with ANAC, ANATEL, and DECEA regulations governing civil drone operations in Brazil.


The Reserva Natural Vale is one of the largest private Atlantic Forest conservation areas in Brazil, located in Linhares, Espírito Santo. It contains preserved rainforest fragments, biodiversity research zones, lagoons, and ecological corridors of high environmental value.

According to ANAC operational standards for remotely piloted aircraft and DECEA ICA 100-40 airspace management rules, drone operations are permitted within authorized and open sections of the reserve for environmental documentation, biodiversity monitoring, and geospatial imaging, respecting Brazilian civil aviation requirements.
