Civilian drone flights are strictly banned.

The Batalhão ROCAM of the Amazonas Military Police (PMAM), situated on Avenida Buriti within the Distrito Industrial I sector of Manaus, is the command fortress for the state's most elite motorcycle-led shock response and high-risk tactical intervention unit. This multi-million dollar flagship tactical complex serves as the nerve center for intense counter-narcotics stings, urban riot control, and immediate high-threat responses across the metropolitan area.

The entire ROCAM complex is heavily fortified, surrounded by high-security fencing, and guarded 24/7 by armed tactical sentries. Any civilian drone attempting to breach the perimeter or capture overhead imagery without an explicit command waiver from the PMAM General Command and a pre-vetted flight authorization filed through DECEA's SARPAS NG portal will be aggressively suppressed and downed.
