So this field either recently became privately owned or everyone failed to mention this, but i think it is the former. So if you want to fly here you will have to pay either $38/year if your drone/UAV, is 2 lbs. or lighter, or $75/year if it is more than 2 lbs.
AMA owns all the fields in NYC so if you want to fly a drone in NYC you are basically forced to join the AMA.
