This spot is on the tip of the North Fork and feels much quieter and more remote than the south shore beaches, which makes it great for clean, uninterrupted drone shots. The drone usually handles very smoothly here because the Peconic Bay side tends to be calmer than the open Atlantic, giving you more stable hovering and smoother cinematic movement. It’s especially good for wide, slow flyovers that show the contrast between marshland, beach, and open water in a single frame. You can also get really nice reveal shots looking toward Orient Point and the nearby lighthouse area, which adds a strong focal point to your footage. Golden hour flights are excellent here since the light hits the water at a low angle and creates soft reflections instead of harsh glare.
