+ Suleiman Air force base is an active military base with an airstrip. Though it's technically an airport and still applicable to "Permenhub no.27 Tahun 2020" Its rarely used for civilian, or military landing or takeoff. It's more common to be used as military paratroopers training site/landing site.
+ 
+ **##How to get permission**
+ 
+ Usually during the weekend, the base is open for civilian activity like Suleiman aeromodelling club, Paragliding, skydiving (landing site), etc. But you need to be registered to a club/communities. You also need to register and your flight/activity plan at least 1 day before you plan to fly.
+ 
+ But there are still some zones that is very strict, like above the base key points infrastructure (radar, office buildings, hangars) that could result in immediate drone jamming or termination.

+ **##Notes**
+ 
+ Though this area technically falls in a no-fly zone, rules are rarely enforced as long that you don't fly near incoming planes or obstruct military operation or fly into the base airspace during the weekdays and without permission.

+ Theres a strict no-fly zone with a perimeter of 5km from a civilian or military airport/bases reference point based on "Permenhub no. 37 Tahun 2020".

+ **##Exception**
+ 
+ But you can still get permission from local aeromodelling/drone club or local authorities. Like Husein Sastranegara aeromodelling club. If you are a registered member you can fly on a designated zone inside the airport area. Or you could also get permission to fly in certain local parks from local security or administrator.

+ 
+ Though the law is strict, its rarely enforced if you don't fly close to the airport (e.g. <1km) or in direct plane proximity/course.
